i was talking about a solution without an additional hardware hack... but yes that would work. if someone wants to try... do so ;)
besides maybe flashtos is an option for you?
@mega ste i don't know. i do not have one. important would be that it has the possibilty to use two 27c010 eeproms and the distance of the ic sockels must be the same. then it would fit. if lo and hi is swapped that could be changed in the firmware.
