Since about 4 months now Clang has had a mostly working but unofficial 68k port - https://lists.debian.org/debian-68k/2020/06/msg00029.html
A couple of days ago it was added to http://brownbot.mooo.com and you are welcome to go play with it! The compiler is still rough and is missing libraries (I haven't looked into it too much other than building the thing for now). But of course people can contribute to the project or help me with building the required libraries :)
