Which version of the TOS were you using?
Mine has issues with v2.01 where by it will work on initial flash and be usable. Then a cold reboot later and nothing but a blank screen.
Only v1.03 appears to be stable for me. So I have to pop it into 030 mode and flash it with v1.03.
