I've got my SuperVidel installed and running at last.
The machine did not die in the process. I managed to get Dal (Atari Forum) who was the original owner of the machine to do the deed. It also helped that he'd already successfully fitted his own SuperVidel beforehand.
+ Pico PSU added, so no more external clutter.
+ Internal wiring tidied up a lot, thanks for that.
+ SV has been flashed with up to date firmware
+ It still works with the later CT60 firmware.
+ The machine did not die!
One slight minus, I can't play with it just yet, I will need to shop for a suitably chunky laptop PSU, 12v x 10 amps needed, Nothing I've got is powerful enough.
