There is a bug with UPX as I found out when I did my screen for the 20th anniversary megademo.
As I recall you should be able to pack a .PRG on PC and it will run fine on Atari but it wouldn't work. Tronic had a similar problem with the first Indust compil some months ago until I pointed this out to him.
