No, it's not good for RGB. As far as I know the only NEc Multisync that does 15kHz is the 3d-model.
Did you really try google? First hit when searching for nec 2a specifications was this page:

As you can see this monitor is really crappy even for Falcon VGA-useage.
I hope you didn't buy it ;-)
