thanks to NEWDESK.INF you can have 768x480 on your TV without any additional application like Videlity.
Just replace "#E" section in NEWDESK.INF to:
#E 18 05 00 06 01 4A 00 00 00 00
It gives you 768x480 in 16 colors in interlace on TV.
