Just to make it clear, which is faster (using 8-bit chunky mode);

1. To write byte/pixel to FastRam (eg,a chunky buffer) and then move16 that buffer into SV-ram or

2. to write the byte/pixel directly to SV-ram?


Both are obviously better than writing byte/pixel to FastRam and C2P it to SV-ram in a planar mode.
