This is guessing based on old rusty memories. 
 
The old memories tells me that 32 MHz SDMA clock is not compatible to the ADC/DAC. DMA transfers to DSP still works though. And if you have accelerated the 32 MHz clock to 50 (if I read right, your bus is at 25 right?) things might get even worse for the DAC/ADC. 
 
Pure guesswork as said, but something tells me it was Noring experimenting with this back in the day (to speed up ST-RAM/DSP DMA transfers).
