Hi Cerror,
it's a better idea to pack the PRG instead of packing the SNDH.
If you pack the PRG the code around the SNDH (and text) will be packed and the PRG packers are more effective than ICE that SNDH uses.
I recommend downloading UPX (you can use Linux, mac, Windows whatever to pack the Atari file (so you don't have to wait 2 weeks for the Atari to pack it).
A good commandline: upx --best music.prg
