as you've probably noticed, the DHS.NU site have slowly but steady become less and less updated with
news over the last decade or so, to the point that it's only a handful of articles every year.
There are many factors playing in, but the most important have been that we need more editors, but a home cooked and unflexible way to
update the site with new content have been a show stopper.
But now, things change. A bunch of Atari demoscene veterans have joined forces to remedy the sitation.
We've opened a new site for news about
the Atariscene world. We hope it will be successful and live for many years to come.
DHS.NU will become a read only site in steps, starting with the news section. There are 1717 articles in
the archive spanning thirty years. We'll show a few random articles here on the front page and in the archive you can browse year over year.
We'd like to thank everyone who has visited DHS.NU to read demoscene news over the years and hope
you'll find Atariscne.org a good
replacement!

Updated No Fragment CD's
May 25th, 2009
Lotek Style of .tSCc. writes:
Lotek Style of tSCc has released two new CD-Roms from his NO FRAGMENTS series. This it's archive ONE and TWO refixed!
Archive ONE has lots of new demos on it as it is a 700 MB CD this time (first one was on 650 MB) and many of the MSA files have been repacked using
compression ON! So there are over 200 new files on there now.
Archive TWO has just some replaced MSA files that were damaged before.
Czuba-tech sent out a news message that there are 50 finished CT60 cards ready to be shipped. Well, that's what you think when reading the first part. Then it reveals that it's on delay further due to a blitter bug this time. Read the full Czuba-tech message below.
50 CT60 are now ready to be shipped...
But a 'small' problem stills with the Blitter in half transfert mode...
I found some information this week about what may be the cause...
I hope to find the solution at last the week end....
Some of you requested some info...I can't tell more without boring technical details...
I do all my possible to be able to ship a 'perfect' product...
Regards

The Black Lotus & NoCrew in co-operation?
March 18th, 1998
Art of The Black Lotus have agreed to continue work on NoCrews port of the AMP Mpegaudio decoder. The aim is a realtime .mp3 decoder in DSP. Future has to tell what will happen. Perhaps the Sector One guys could join the MP3 mailinglist that NoCrew is hosting?
