Ok, now I've enough free time...
I've experience in C/C++ in windows, OS X and BeOS, 68000 assembler on Atari ST and Jaguar, some years ago I created some tools for the Jaguar (my own assembler, disassembler, a remote debugger).
Hope that you can provide all the assets so I can concentrate on coding.
If you are interested, you can contact me at swapd0 _at_ yahoo.es, maybe we can start with a simple/smallest game from your list.
